Welcome to the Options Program – Learning That Fits Your Family We’re so glad you found us. The Options Program is part of the Reardan-Edwall School
The Options Program Open Doors supports youth ages 16–21 who have left school or are not expected to graduate on time. Our program is built on strong relationships, flexible pathways, and personalized support — helping students earn a GED, high school diploma, or develop career-ready skills that lead to meaningful next steps.
We meet students where they are, remove barriers, and create a plan that fits their goals, strengths, and life circumstances. No judgment — just support, guidance, and a team ready to help you succeed.
Personalized learning plans designed around your goals

High school credit completion through online coursework, SBA scores, mastery learning & more
Career pathways & paid work experience with local businesses, the tribe, medical/vet partners, agricultural partners, and more
Case management & wraparound support (mental health, basic needs, crisis support, family communication)
Flexible scheduling that works with jobs, family obligations, and real life
Students ages 16–21 who have left high school or are significantly behind in credits are eligible to apply. Our goal is to reengage, rebuild confidence, and open new doors to opportunity
